Job Title: Account Director

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 CAD

Position Overview: Currently seeking an experienced and motivated Account Director to join the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the US market, a proven track record of managing clients, and expertise in various medical communications activities, including advisory boards, publications, presentation decks, symposiums, and congresses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Project Oversight: Lead and oversee the development and execution of medical communications projects, including advisory boards, publications, presentation decks, symposiums, and congresses.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
- New Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base and revenue streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of account managers and other staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role within the medical communications industry, with significant experience in the US market.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience working across advisory boards, publications, presentation decks, symposiums, and congresses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
