They are looking for an Account Supervisor to lead a key client in their healthcare advertising division, working as a strategic client partner, building impactful relationships both externally and internally, and driving client projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the assigned portfolio, ensuring seamless management of daily project tasks while supervising and mentoring 3-4 direct reports
- Drive the creation and execution of projects that align with the client's brand vision and overall strategic goals
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, building trust and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams to develop and present compelling client and new business proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Efficiently facilitate meetings, clearly defining deliverables, team roles, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, setting clear development goals and providing guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of healthcare advertising agency with proven experience in leadership roles.
- Exceptional solution-oriented thinking, communication, multi-tasking and leadership skills.
- Self-starter and capable of delivering results that showcase a deep understanding of agency processes and disciplines.
