Responsibilities:
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab productivity
- Oversee personnel management, including team development, performance appraisals, and trainings
- Manage production oversight for multiple Analytical Chemistry and Incoming Material Inspection teams
- Implement CAPA procedures to effectively address deviations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry (GMP, GLP)
- Experience managing large teams
- Background in chemistry or a related field
- Hands-on experience testing finished products, raw materials, and packaging
