Associate Director, Business Intelligence
Greater Philadelphia Area - 3 days onsite required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead BI Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain a business intelligence platform with automated, self-service dashboards for key business functions.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and support real-time decision-making.
- Optimize Costs: Transition BI development in-house, reduce dependency on external vendors, and improve efficiency through automation.
- Enhance Efficiency: Automate insights to streamline analytics, allowing the team to focus on more strategic initiatives.
- Empower Stakeholders: Create user-friendly dashboards that foster data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Drive Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless integration of BI solutions by facilitating collaboration between analytics, IT, and data warehouse teams.
Qualifications Summary:
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, specializing in commercial, sales operations, and payer reporting and analytics.
- Technical skills: Advanced expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, data modeling, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure), ETL processes, and familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives, and effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
