- Drafting and negotiating provider contracts
- Work on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues
- Value-based care work - ** Must have a background in value-based care**
Qualifications :
- JD from and accredited law school
- 5-8 years of experience
- Experience with accountable care models or accountable care organization experience
- Healthcare Law background
