Seeking a motivated and skilled Formulation Scientist with experience developing small molecule solid oral drug products to contribute to 2025 milestones. This position involves hands-on laboratory work, including formulation and manufacturing process development, scale-up, and transfer activities across various equipment and manufacturing scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale-up formulations of the company's small molecule drug products.
- Conduct lab-scale to commercial-scale manufacturing.
- Design and execute experiments independently.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance.
- Innovate new testing methodologies.
- Document and report activities per cGMPs and SOPs.
- Communicate effectively across global R&D sites.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
- BS with 1-5 years or MS with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience with solid oral dosage form--liquids, injectables, or sterile products is a PLUS.
- Prior experience in aseptic/sterile manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
