Business Development Director
Introduction:
We are looking for a Business Development Director for a growing pharmaceutical company in Singapore. The parent company has been extensively engaged with the Chinese pharmaceutical market for 30 years and focuses on distributing pharmaceuticals and medical devices in the Chinese market.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a Business Development team
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive growth in the pharmaceutical sector
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including medical devices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Manage the end-to-end business development process, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract management
Skills
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of driving growth in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector
- Knowledge and experience in-licensing is highly desirable
- Possess a strong network of customer base in Europe and United States
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
