Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the marketing action planning to define and prioritise business objectives, build and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders, and engage in relevant events to enhance our presence and showcase our expertise in the sector.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery to deal closure, including invoicing, final reporting, and post-sale follow-up activities to match the company's goals and revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth within the life sciences sector with new business avenues and potential clients
- Work closely with the digital and inside marketing teams to create innovative communication strategies and compelling assets that foster proactive and dynamic engagement with key stakeholders.
Key skills required include:
- 3 years sales or business development experience in the life science market with good CRM knowledge
- Achieved a degree in microbiology, molecular biology or science related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
- Be based in Germany, willing to travel!
