Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and prospects to provide application support, conduct training sessions, and demonstrate product capabilities.
- Manage high content screening products and single cell analyzers.
- Assist researchers and scientists in their research projects.
- Perform setup, preliminary diagnostics, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Degree, Master's, or PhD in Biology or other related life science fields
- Proficiency in confocal microscopy applications related to cancer research, cell biology, and drug discovery.
- Experience in sales and basic operation and service support activities.
- Adaptability to work in a start-up environment and contribute to various aspects to achieve business goals.
- Knowledge of industry and competitors in confocal microscopy, high content screening platforms, nano-injectors, and single cell analyzers.
- Willingness to travel within the region (10-20%).
- Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, presentation skills, and flexibility to work in dynamic situations.
