Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Agreements and Budget Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for the preparation, review, and management of site agreements and budgets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and Review of Site Agreements and Budgets: Assist in the creation and review of standardised templates and checklists to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support Negotiations: Follow established budget guidelines and maintain detailed records of all negotiation points and decisions.
- Collaboration with Legal Stakeholders: Coordinate with legal teams to help draft and review contracts, ensuring all legal concerns are addressed promptly.
- Communication Management: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and management of Site/Investigator agreements.
- Tracking Site Activation Requirements: Use project management tools to track time lines and milestones, assisting in managing contracting time-lines to support study site authorisation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support, contract management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
