Your Role & Responsibilities
Product Implementation
Install and configure AI-powered MRI enhancement technology at customer sites.
Optimise MRI scan parameters for seamless system integration.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth software and network setup.
Customer Training & Support
Deliver expert training to radiologists and technicians on using AI-driven MRI solutions.
Troubleshoot image quality and performance issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing customer support, acting as a trusted advisor.
Channel Partner Enablement
Train and guide distribution partners on product installation and MRI scan optimisation's.
Share best practices to help partners drive customer success.
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success and Business Development, to drive renewals and customer engagement.
Align with sales and technical teams to enhance implementation processes and strategy.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree in a relevant field or radiographer qualification.
2+ years of experience as an MRI Application Specialist or Engineer.
Strong expertise in MRI protocol optimisation within a clinical setting.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving MRI image quality issues.
Technical & Soft Skills
Interest in IT, networking, and software troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle urgent customer inquiries.
Excellent communication skills - fluency in English required, German is a plus.
Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry advancements.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Additional Details
Location: Preferably South Germany
Work Setup: Remote-first with business travel across the DACH region & EMEA.
Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to South Korea for company collaboration.
