Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to develop and prioritise marketing strategies and business objectives, while nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Represent the company at industry events to boost visibility, expand networks, and showcase expertise on an international stage.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity assessment to negotiations, invoicing, and post-sale follow-up, ensuring alignment with organisational and revenue goals.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business prospects and growth opportunities within the life sciences sector.
- Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to craft and implement communication strategies that engage key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the life sciences diagnostics sector (preferred).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships at all organisational levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Based in Germany with a willingness to travel as needed.
- An understanding of the clinical market
- Fluency in German is required.
