Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on the implementation of rapid diagnostic solutions to customers
- Establish and manage digital communication and learning platforms for customers from the laboratory perspective
- Analyse customer and market potential to drive sales and optimise operations
- Support market analysis and stay informed about advancements in the diagnostics field
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and customer support inquiries
Key Requirements:
- Background in diagnostics, molecular biology, and laboratory experience
- University degree in Microbiology or Infectious Diseases, with additional qualifications in Education and Communication preferred
- Passion for applying technical expertise in both commercial and educational contexts
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent organisational skills, and superb communication abilities
- Deep technical knowledge in Microbiology and Infectious Diseases
- Adaptable, flexible, and team-oriented with a positive approach to change
- Fluent in both German and English
