Our client is a global leading life science solutions provider seeking an experienced and driven individual to join their team as the Corporate Development Director.
This position will be based in Seoul, South Korea.
Responsibilities:
- Define strategic objectives through comprehensive analyses
- Design roadmaps outlining potential growth areas/business opportunities aligned with company goals/objectives;
- Develop, assess and executes long term and short term business strategies to meet business' goals
- Identify and provide recommendations regarding mergers/acquisitions/divestitures along with due diligence efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Business Administration.
- At least 10 years of experience working within corporate strategy/business development in the management consulting/lifescience/biotech/pharma industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
