Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and distribution of products to international clients and sales partners
- Provide support and maintain direct communication with international sales partners, and when necessary, with doctors and operating room staff.
- Negotiate pricing agreements.
- Participate in and support trade fairs, congresses, and customer events.
- Collaborate closely with our customer service, marketing, and brand management teams to ensure optimal customer service.
- Assist in order processing for international clients and sales partners.
- Conduct country-specific market analyses.
- Track, process, and monitor sales figures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed studies or vocational training in a commercial, optical, or technical field (e.g., B.Sc. Business Administration, Merchant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade (m/w/d), Optician (m/w/d), Master Optician (m/w/d), B.Sc. Optics/Optometry, B.Sc./B.Eng. Industrial Engineering).
- At least 5 years of experience in international sales within the EMEA region, specifically in ophthalmology.
- High willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural competence.
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style.
- Strong service orientation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, and customer orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
