Qualifications:
- Develops and executes a comprehensive, globally integrated event strategy in partnership with market development, aligned with marketing objectives to achieve a favorable ROI.
- Takes ownership of planning, executing, and managing various live and digital events on an industry, regional, and local level. This involves handling logistics, speaker coordination, budgeting, sales support, and promotional strategies spanning pre, during, and post-event phases.
- Implements strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness for travel, entertainment, supplies, and vendor expenses associated with events.
- Coordinates with external vendors for logistics including travel, accommodations, and shipping. Collaborates with design teams for digital and physical event content. Sets measurable event metrics tied to business outcomes, continuously refining operations, logistics, and budgets, with in-person event oversight as needed.
Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of direct event execution, planning, and management
- Ability to travel within the US and International for up to 40% per year, with expectations of 1-2 weekends per month, each with 3-5 days of travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM applications, and marketing automation ie Hubspot, Marketo, or MailChimp
- Photoshop/Illustrator or Creative Design Experience is a plus
- Excellent Project Management.
