Our client is seeking a Field Applications Scientist to provide technical support for the bioprocess product lines. This role involves using expertise in cell culture perfusion to assist customers and our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales and product management by providing technical assistance for our product lines.
- Respond to customer queries, conduct seminars, perform product demonstrations, troubleshoot, and gather customer feedback.
- Develop and execute project plans using our technologies to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in or lead projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in sciences or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in upstream biopharmaceutical processes.
- Knowledge of perfusion and intensified processes for various bioproducts is beneficial.
- Familiarity with scale-up, tech transfer, and cGMP requirements.
- Experience in upstream cell culture is advantageous.
