Our client is a leading medical device company in the biotech sector, seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join their team in Japan to undertake life-saving activities in biological research and medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support for medical equipment within assigned territory
- Conduct on-site installations, repairs and maintenance of equipment
- Work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related fields
Skills:
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:
1. Medical device or life science knowledge and experience
2. Experience working as a Field Service Engineer
3. Ability to speak fluent Japanese. Able to read and write in English.
4. Driving License in Japan
