Head of Customer Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an onboarding framework that accelerates time-to-value and supports long-term customer success.
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to provide best service to customers.
- Build and establish effective customer success processes, setting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recruit and lead a high-performing customer success team
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and serve as a trusted advisor to ensure their ongoing success.
Desire Skill Set:
- Founding or Co-Founding background, been apart of teams smaller than 10. Entrepreneurial mindset
- 5+ years of experience building customer success functions in SaaS/AI environments, with hands-on expertise in technical post-sales support.
- A strong technical background in engineering to understand customer needs
