We're working with a global leader in the medical device space that's about to kick off a huge growth phase in Finland. They have a strong market presence and are now looking for a Head of Marketing to lead their Chronic Care marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with leadership experience who loves driving creative marketing strategies and working with healthcare professionals.

• Lead a team of 6 marketing professionals, motivating and guiding them to execute impactful campaigns.
• Adapt global marketing strategies to fit the local Finnish market and take advantage of local business opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the Chronic Care business by leading the execution of marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the launch of new products, as well as healthcare professional and consumer marketing programs.
• Manage marketing forecasts, resource allocation, and ensure that KPIs are hit while tracking success.

• 5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in healthcare or international organisations).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Solid understanding of the Finnish healthcare market (or healthcare experience in general).
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.
