Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company that specializes in Small Molecules. They are seeking to hire an experienced and qualified candidate for the position of Head of Quality Control at their facility located in Berlin, Germany.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role or 5+ years in a similar position with aptitude for leadership
- Strong knowledge and understanding of GMP
Skills:
-Work with a variety of pharmaceutical forms including Small Molecules, Tablets, and Solids
- Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Ability to develop quality control policies & procedures according to international standards such as GMPs etc..
Responsibilities include but not limited too;
* Develop QC strategies based on global regulatory requirements for small molecules
* Provide technical expertise during audits by health authorities
* Lead change management projects aimed at improving laboratory operations
