Title: Head of US Consumer Marketing
Location: Miami, FL or Boston, MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans that drive sales, share, and profitability across categories and key trade channels.
- Lead consumer insights and data-driven strategies to maximize growth and build brand market share.
- Oversee new product development and manage projects from concept to launch.
- Identify and drive advertising, merchandising, PR, and digital marketing opportunities for the brand portfolio.
- Communicate effectively across the organization to align brand vision and corporate goals.
- Cultivate and lead a high-performance, diverse marketing team with a focus on innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Manage agency partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
Preffered Experience:
- Proven leader with extensive consumer marketing experience across beauty industry (skincare, fragrence, makeup)
- Cross-functional influence and expertise in brand building, market segmentation, and omni-channel communications.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of leveraging consumer insights to drive innovation.
- Experienced in targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha, with a deep understanding of digital media and consumer engagement.
