Our client are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in genomics and NGS, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers achieve their research goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote our genomics and NGS products and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in genomics and NGS.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical support as needed.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of inside sales or customer facing experience, preferably in the genomics or NGS industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of genomics, NGS technologies, and their applications in research and healthcare.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
