Role Overview: Seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join the team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales within the healthcare sector OR experience in life science diagnostics and a keen interest in transitioning into SaaS/AI solutions. Excellent communication skills, along with a passion for transforming healthcare through technology, are key for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organisations, including hospitals, research institutions, and public health entities.
Collaboration with External Stakeholders: Work closely with industry stakeholders to advocate for our solutions and influence the development of industry standards.
Sales & Business Development: Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through strategic lead generation and qualification. Oversee and continuously improve the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring reduced time-lines and optimised resource allocation year after year.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of combined experience in Life Science Diagnostics and SaaS/AI within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of technology, big data, and AI applications in healthcare.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Proven experience managing international sales and business development teams.
- Ability to effectively engage with medical departments in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed.
