Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Global Key Account Manager to oversee and grow our key accounts across Europe. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling capital equipment to customers in the semiconductor industry and possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers in the semiconductor industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing customer base and potential new clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Provide exceptional customer support and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, specifically within the semiconductor industry.
Proven track record of successfully selling capital equipment to semiconductor customers.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally internationally.
Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
