Position Overview
My client is looking for both a Managing Counsel of Managed Care Litigation and a Senior Counsel of Managed Care Litigation. For the Managing counsel you will be leading a team of lawyers who deal with managed care disputes and partner and work closely with the VP of litigation for operational and managed care issues. For the senior counsel will manage managed care litigation and arbitration. When needed you will select and bring on outside counsel for litigation matters and approve their motions and briefing, mediation's, strategies and any appeals.
Qualifications Managing Counsel
- JD from an accredited law school and barred in good standing
- 10+ years of experience in litigation
- 5+ years of management experience
Qualifications Senior Counsel
- JD from an accredited law school and barred in good standing
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Managed care Litigation/Arbitration experience
