Role Overview
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the company's radiology and radiotherapy products across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. You will collaborate closely with local sales teams, business development, and regional leadership to deliver tailored marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, adoption, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for radiology and radiotherapy devices in Southeast Asia.
- Identify key market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to position the product portfolio for success.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Market Intelligence & Insights:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer preferences, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Monitor product performance in the market and gather feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
- Product Launch & Promotion:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches in the SEA region, including coordination of marketing campaigns, product training, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, and regulatory, to ensure successful product introduction and adoption.
- Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales tools, presentations, and product collateral that empower the sales team to effectively position and sell the company's products.
- Provide training and support to the sales force to enhance their knowledge of the product portfolio and competitive advantages.
- Brand Management & Communication:
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence across various marketing channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Work with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and distributors, to build strong relationships and drive product adoption.
- Act as a product expert, delivering technical presentations and supporting customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the medical devices industry. Experience in radiology, radiotherapy, or oncology-related products is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in Southeast Asia.
- Experience working with sales teams and cross-functional groups to drive business outcomes.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of product marketing concepts, from market research and product positioning to go-to-market strategies and sales enablement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
- Education:
- A degree in life sciences, marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. An MBA is a plus.
- Languages:
- Proficiency in English is required, mandarin
