Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the hematology market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to customers and sales teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver compelling product presentations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Support the implementation and integration of new products in medical laboratories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in medical laboratories, particularly in hematology, is preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of hematology diagnostic products and procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
