Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory standards.
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on the use of our medical devices to maximize their capabilities and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, enhance market penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Provide clinical support and practical demonstrations of the product range at clinics, hospitals, and trade shows.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers to drive continuous product improvements and innovations.
- Liaise with the marketing department to develop effective marketing materials and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical procedures and national regulations in all interactions and engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical support, product training, or sales within the medical device sector.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Thailand.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in Thai and proficiency in English.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
