What You'll Be Doing
Take ownership of your London territory, developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase access to innovative therapies.
Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders including pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, interventional specialists, procurement managers, and clinical staff.
Deliver comprehensive training and education to physicians and care teams, supporting the safe and effective use of advanced endoscopic technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical, and operations to implement impactful initiatives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Identify and develop key accounts and centers of excellence to streamline patient access and treatment pathways.
Analyze sales potential, develop account-specific action plans, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities - sharing key insights with the broader team.
What You Bring
Experience & Knowledge:
Proven track record in medical device sales.
Background in respiratory, cardiology, or urology is highly valued - with respiratory experince being preferred.
Experience supporting interventional procedures or complex medical technologies is a strong advantage.
Being empathetic and consultative in this role is essential.
Solid understanding of the UK healthcare system.
