Their cutting edge technology is designed to enhance patient outcomes and improve the efficiency of health care professionals worldwide. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talent Sales Manager to help drive growth and strengthen their presence in the Netherlands.
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the sales strategy for their product portfolio across the Netherlands. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics and health care facilities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, procurement teams and hospital administrators.
- Diving sales growth by promoting their innovative solutions to existing and potential solutions.
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to educate health care professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform strategic decisions making.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in medical device sales.
- A strong network within hospitals and health-care institutions in the Netherlands.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
