Sales Representative - Spine/Orthopaedic

An innovative and leading medical devices company is looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join their Spine sector team. This is a unique opportunity to combine sales expertise with a commitment to improving patient outcomes in a highly specialised field of health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in the Spine sector by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with health care professionals, surgeons, and key stakeholders in the region.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including in surgical settings, to ensure optimal use of products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in spine care.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical devices or health care industry. Experience in orthopaedics or spine is highly desirable.
- Operating room (OR) experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in German and English.
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and equipped with a "hunter" mentality to pursue and close deals.
