They are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Senior Copywriter to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be a vital part of the creative process, crafting compelling and accurate copy for a variety of materials across different platforms. You will become an expert on our brand, target audience, and voice, ensuring all content aligns with our overall strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop dynamic and engaging copy for DTC pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize and create new campaigns for pharma product launches.
- Write clear, concise, accurate, and well-organized copy appropriate to relevant formats (print, digital, online, social media).
- Collaborate closely with editorial, creative, medical, and regulatory teams to deliver high-quality work that meets all requirements and deadlines.
- Distill medical and scientific information into compelling marketing copy.
- Interpret clinical data and other complex information to create promotional content.
- Ensure clinical accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
- Participate in client presentations and articulate how ideas achieve communication objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry practices and regulatory requirements that affect pharma writing.
- Manage daily workflow on assigned projects autonomously.
- Update manuscripts based on feedback from editorial, strategy, creative directors, and account teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of copywriting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Extensive experience in DTC and HCP (Healthcare Provider) writing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to produce clear, concise, accurate, and well-organized copy.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AMA style and client's brand style guides
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
