They are currently looking for a Senior Customer Service and Logistics Specialist in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders, billing, invoicing, and credit notes accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and communicate order status and logistics.
- Conduct credit checks and maintain pricing information.
- Coordinate logistics and shipment arrangements.
- Prepare reports and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service and logistics execution
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Oracle is preferred
