Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of multi-year strategic road maps
- Coordinates with leaders across multiple business functions to ensure all processes are efficient and streamlined
- Conduct due diligence assessments for potential business development opportunities
- Collaborates with senior leadership to prepare for business reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and optimize the strategic planning cycle
- Lead and assess the new product commercialization pipeline
- Manage all late-stage pipeline products and initiate preparation for launch readiness
