Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join their spinal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, with a focus on spine products. This role requires a deep understanding of the spine market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable to meetings or exceeding sales quotas in designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our spine products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus on spine products.
