Role: Leasing Manager
Location: Ireland (Homebased)
About the Company: A global market leader in the Life Sciences testing space is searching for a Head of Asset Management to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Asset management - You will be fully responsible for the inventory, deployment and lifecycle management of the leased laboratory products
- Ensuring that all leasing and asset management processes adhere with the regulations in place, the tax laws
- Develop asset lifecycle strategies
- Act at the main point of contact for the clients and being able to address asset-related inquiries, provide troubleshooting support
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Presenting reports on asset performance and lifecycle management internally across the business
- Be responsible for managing external relationships such as suppliers and service providers
- Working closely with other departments such as Procurement, Finance, Labs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field
- Experience in asset management
- Strong communication skills
