Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Manager will concentrate on building and sustaining long-term relationships with their corporate clients. This is an opportunity to work alongside an impressive group of seasoned commercial experts, directly impact numbers through your sales and strategy contributions and progress within a company, which puts people first and foremost.
The Role
- Foster and sustain long-term relationships with key corporate clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Generate new business opportunities within existing accounts by working with clients to create corporate healthcare solutions.
- Oversee and monitor the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and contracting, ensuring an up-to-date sales pipeline and a disciplined approach to client relationship management.
- Guarantee the timely execution of commercial projects, from planning to on-the-ground implementation, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Assist in acquiring new clients by partnering with senior leadership to engage and develop potential accounts.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a related role
- Proven track record of powering business growth and creating successful commercial strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
