My client is global medical device company looking for a seasoned, commercial talent to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical device sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
