Join a fast-growing Medical Device organisation in Germany in their Human Resources team and make a significant impact by guiding their leadership and shaping their HR practices across the region.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Create, maintain and store electronic HR records
- Conduct a review of contractual terms and conditions
- Support with team member file audits
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding contracts, benefits, and HR policies
About you
- Experience of working in an HR administrative role is essential
- Experience with using MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate at different levels
- Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, ideally within a medical device organisation
- Knowledge of HR administration and recruitment processes
- Basic understanding of labor law is a plus
- German & English language skills
