We currently have an opportunity for a Operational Buyer (Indirect Purchasing) on a contract basis within the Industrial Engineering sector in canton Zurich.
Duration: Max. 6 months (potential for permanent employment)
Your Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations: Ensure timely procurement of goods/services, optimize stock levels, and prevent delays.
Strategic Tender Support: Assist in procurement tenders, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.
Tender Execution: Manage tenders within corporate guidelines and analyze procurement data.
Internal Projects: Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and purchasing department optimization.
Supplier Management: Build strong supplier relationships, achieve cost savings, and meet budget targets.
Your Profile:
✔ Education: Commercial training or degree in business administration (or equivalent).
✔ Experience: 1-6 years in indirect purchasing, supplier management, and tender processes.
✔ Skills: Independent, structured work ethic, strong teamwork, and intercultural competence.
✔ Tech: SAP or similar procurement tools (a plus).
✔ Languages: Fluent German and English (written & spoken)
